Retail will forever change if multinationals continue to operate under no country's laws

We will see more and more retail companies going bust as they csnnot compete with multinational outfits that exploit tax loopholes to avoid paying corporate tax. These firms post record revenue and profit year on year in the face of local economy meltdown and job losses. They will open warehouses and hire local people but only at the very lowest level, offering minimum pay and minimal work conditions. Isn't it time when governments got wised up or moved to clamp down these rogues? And watever happened to business ethics?
